  1. Conduct research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of the behavioral health market, customer needs, and industry trends.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement user-centered solutions for improving the digital healthcare experience for behavioral health customers.
  3. Lead the discovery process for new features and products related to behavioral health, including conducting user interviews, usability testing, and creating personas and user journeys.
  4. Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance the overall user experience.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve the behavioral health digital experience.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on behavioral health, providing guidance and insights to the team and stakeholders.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of UX initiatives.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the success of UX initiatives, utilizing metrics and user feedback to make necessary adjustments and improvements.
  9. Effectively communicate UX strategies, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  10. Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In User Experience Research And Design, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Behavioral Health And The Unique Needs Of Individuals Seeking Mental Health Services.

  • Proficiency In User Research Methods Such As Surveys, Interviews, And Usability Testing.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
