Job Description

Researching, maintaining, testing and updating the MessagePoint configuration in order to ensure accuracy based on business requirements. Reviewing document submittals for completeness, proper formatting, data markings, and data assertion rights as specified by customer contracts. Analyzing and resolving configuration issues in a timely manner. Supporting and collaborating with all departments. Including monitoring of the state and federal regulations to comply with the changes. Reviewing application release notes and related change documentation to determine potential impacts on existing business processes supported within the application. Maintain and enforce configuration management and data management plans, policies, standards, and procedures. Ensures product configuration integrity is met for engineering documents and drawings through all product lifecycle phases.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years' experience
