- Develop and drive the overall pharmacy strategy for Cigna, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of pharmacy professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a high-performing and collaborative culture.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective pharmacy services to Cigna's customers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies, to support Cigna's pharmacy initiatives.
- Manage the pharmacy budget and resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and cost control.
- Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of pharmacy-related metrics and performance indicators to senior leadership.
- Stay abreast of changes and updates in the pharmacy industry, proactively identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Uphold Cigna's mission and values, promoting a customer-centric approach to all pharmacy operations and initiatives.
Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree Or Equivalent From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Pharmacy Or Healthcare Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacy Operations, Including Formulary Management, Medication Therapy Management, And Pharmacy Benefit Design.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategic Initiatives And Driving Business Growth.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With External Stakeholders.
