In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing the best service and is highly organized.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of relevant work experience. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions. You should be proactive and have the capability to anticipate potential issues and take corrective action.If you are a motivated individual who is passionate about providing the best customer service and making sure our clients are satisfied, then this is the perfect job for you. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  2. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  3. Think strategically and make sound decisions.

  8. Manage client accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.

  10. Provide reports and updates to internal stakeholders.
