  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction with Cigna's healthcare services.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategic plans for each client to meet their unique healthcare needs.
  4. Monitor and analyze client data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhanced services.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to advise clients on the best course of action.
  6. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
  7. Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to provide updates on services and address any issues.
  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Cigna's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  9. Work with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand Cigna's client base.
  10. Utilize strong negotiation and persuasion skills to retain clients and secure new business opportunities.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and progress.
  12. Represent Cigna at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members to ensure a high level of service and expertise within the Clinical Account Executive role.
  14. Uphold Cigna's values and mission of improving the health and well-being of individuals and communities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management Within The Healthcare Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Systems, Insurance Products, And Industry Trends

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Successful Client Relationships

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
