  • Develop and implement volunteerism and community engagement programs and initiatives in alignment with Cigna's corporate social responsibility goals and values
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with local organizations and non-profits to support community needs and create impactful volunteer opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to promote and integrate community programs into company culture and employee engagement initiatives
  • Research and stay updated on community needs and trends to inform program development and decision making
  • Coordinate and manage volunteer events and activities, including logistics, communications, and follow-up
  • Evaluate and measure the impact and success of community programs through data analysis and reporting
  • Act as a liaison between Cigna and community partners, representing the company's values and commitment to social responsibility
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure ongoing support and engagement in community programs
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation in community programs
  • Serve as a positive role model and advocate for volunteerism and community engagement within the company and in the larger community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Social Work, Community Development, Or Nonprofit Management.

  • Previous Experience In Volunteer Program Management Or Community Engagement, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Community Needs And Issues, And Experience Developing And Implementing Programs To Address Them.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Passion For Volunteerism And Community Service, And A Commitment To Promoting Employee Engagement And Corporate Social Responsibility.
