
Community Programs Advisor – Volunteerism and Employee Community Engagement

- Develop and implement volunteerism and community engagement programs and initiatives in alignment with Cigna's corporate social responsibility goals and values
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with local organizations and non-profits to support community needs and create impactful volunteer opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to promote and integrate community programs into company culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Research and stay updated on community needs and trends to inform program development and decision making
- Coordinate and manage volunteer events and activities, including logistics, communications, and follow-up
- Evaluate and measure the impact and success of community programs through data analysis and reporting
- Act as a liaison between Cigna and community partners, representing the company's values and commitment to social responsibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure ongoing support and engagement in community programs
- Stay informed on industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation in community programs
- Serve as a positive role model and advocate for volunteerism and community engagement within the company and in the larger community.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Social Work, Community Development, Or Nonprofit Management.
Previous Experience In Volunteer Program Management Or Community Engagement, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Community Needs And Issues, And Experience Developing And Implementing Programs To Address Them.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders.
