At Cigna, we are looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our team of talented individuals. We are looking for an outstanding candidate who is passionate about developing successful talent acquisition strategies and utilizing their network to identify and recruit top talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in both executive and corporate recruiting, with a keen eye for identifying and engaging high-potential candidates.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of executive recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate setting. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful candidate placement, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop relationships with hiring managers and executives. The Executive Recruiter must also have excellent communication skills, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be highly organized.If you have the required qualifications and are passionate about finding and engaging top talent, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop successful talent acquisition strategies for recruiting top executive talent and corporate positions.
  2. Utilize network to identify and recruit high-potential candidates.
  3. Maintain a proven track record of successful candidate placement.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and executives.
  5. Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  6. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain highly organized.
  7. Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
  8. Develop and implement recruiting plans for various positions.
  9. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics.
  10. Stay informed of current trends and best practices in executive recruiting.
