Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Health Engagement Well-Being Coordinator to join the Cigna team. This individual will be responsible for creating and deploying innovative strategies to promote and support health and well-being for Cigna employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health promotion, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to creating a culture of health and well-being.The successful Health Engagement Well-Being Coordinator will have a Bachelor’s degree in health promotion, public health, or a related field, as well as a minimum of three years of experience in health promotion, health education, health communications, or a related field. Experience in program development, event planning, and marketing is also preferred. Professional certifications in health promotion, health education, or health communication are a plus. The successful candidate will also possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams of people.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement innovative strategies for promoting and supporting health and well-being among Cigna employees.
  2. Design and deliver health promotion programs, events, and initiatives to engage employees in health and well-being activities.
  3. Monitor and evaluate health promotion programs and initiatives to ensure effectiveness and adjust plans accordingly.
  4. Develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns to support health and well-being initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate health and well-being projects.
  6. Provide ongoing education and training to employees on health topics.
  7. Research trends in health promotion and develop best practices for implementation.
  8. Keep up to date on health education strategies and technologies.
  9. Create and maintain accurate records and reports.
  10. Maintain professional relationships with vendors and other healthcare organizations.
