HRA Nurse Practitioner

The successful candidate must have a valid nursing license, a minimum of three years of experience as a nurse practitioner, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to providing the best care for Cigna customers. Responsibilities:

1. Assist in providing preventative health services to Cigna customers.
2. Promote excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Document patient visits and health care plans in accordance with Cigna standards.
4. Create and maintain accurate patient records.
5. Update patients on current health care services and procedures.
6. Develop and implement health care plans for Cigna customers.
7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
8. Adhere to all professional and legal regulations.
9. Stay abreast of current evidence-based protocols and best practices.
10. Support Cigna’s mission of providing exceptional health care coverage and services to customers.
