  1. Collaborate with internal marketing team to create and execute designs for various digital and print projects, including but not limited to email campaigns, social media graphics, brochures, and advertisements.
  2. Ensure all designs align with Cigna's brand standards and effectively communicate the company's mission and values.
  3. Work closely with copywriters and other team members to develop effective visual solutions that meet project objectives and target audience needs.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines.
  5. Continuously seek out and implement new design trends and techniques to elevate the overall quality and impact of our marketing materials.
  6. Maintain organized files and a thorough understanding of the design process to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of projects.
  7. Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure timely and accurate production of materials.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide status updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues.
  9. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input and ideas to enhance campaigns and projects.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to constantly improve and enhance the quality of our designs.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Graphic Design: A Production Designer At Cigna's Internal Marketing Agency Should Have A Strong Background In Graphic Design, With Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite And Other Design Software.
