  1. Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with our network of healthcare providers.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for all provider-related inquiries and issues.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate communication and resolution of provider concerns.
  4. Conduct regular provider outreach and engagement activities to promote collaboration and alignment with Cigna's goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor and analyze provider performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and address any issues that may arise.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of care provided by our network of providers.
  7. Negotiate contracts and fee schedules with new and existing providers to ensure competitive rates and optimal network coverage.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations related to provider relations and make recommendations for adjustments to policies and procedures as needed.
  9. Conduct regular provider education and training sessions to ensure understanding and compliance with Cigna's policies and procedures.
  10. Serve as an advocate for our providers and work to resolve any issues or concerns they may have with Cigna.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives to enhance the provider experience and improve overall satisfaction.
  12. Monitor and manage provider satisfaction surveys and utilize feedback to make improvements to the provider experience.
  13. Develop and maintain accurate records and reports related to provider relations activities.
  14. Represent Cigna at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and network to potential providers.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to provider relations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Medicare And Medicaid.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Providers.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Provider Relations Or Network Management In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting, With Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Management Tools.
