Education And Licensure: A Regional Dental Director At Cigna Should Possess A Doctor Of Dental Surgery (Dds) Or Doctor Of Dental Medicine (Dmd) Degree From An Accredited Dental School. They Should Also Hold A Valid License To Practice Dentistry In The State Where They Will Be Working.
Experience In Dentistry: Cigna Requires A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Dental Field, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role. This Experience Should Include Clinical Practice As Well As Administrative Experience In A Dental Setting.
