Degree In Finance Or Related Field: A Community Mortgage Lending Officer At Citi Should Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field. This Educational Background Will Provide The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Understand The Complexities Of The Mortgage Lending Industry.
Experience In Mortgage Lending: Candidates For This Position Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Mortgage Lending. This Could Include Roles Such As Loan Officer, Underwriter, Or Processor.
