- Manage and oversee eDiscovery projects from start to finish, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of services.
- Utilize strong organization skills to plan and coordinate project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Liaise with clients to understand their specific needs and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of eDiscovery processes and technologies to effectively manage and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and IT departments, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of project deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Communicate project updates and status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of eDiscovery professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.

Strong Understanding Of Ediscovery Processes And Technologies: A Successful Ediscovery Project Manager At Citi Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Ediscovery Process, Including Legal Hold, Data Collection, Processing, Review, And Production, As Well As The Various Technologies Used In Each Stage.
Experience With Both Legal And It Project Management: This Hybrid Role Requires A Candidate Who Has Experience In Both Legal Project Management And It Project Management. They Must Be Able To Bridge The Gap Between Legal And It Teams, Effectively Communicate With Both, And Manage Project Timelines And Budgets.
Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations: The Ediscovery Project Manager Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As The Federal Rules Of Civil Procedure And Gdpr, To Ensure Compliance Throughout The Ediscovery Process.
