  1. Conduct thorough analysis of pension plans and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of pension laws and regulations.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert for pension programs within the organization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and improve pension plan offerings.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing pension plans and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Manage the day-to-day administration of pension plans, including enrollment, eligibility, and calculations.
  7. Provide guidance and support to employees on pension plan options and benefits.
  8. Prepare and distribute communications related to pension plans, including plan changes and updates.
  9. Conduct regular audits of pension data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to pension programs and make recommendations for enhancements.
  11. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all pension plans are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  12. Assist with the development of training materials and resources for employees to better understand pension plans.
  13. Serve as a point of contact for employees and outside vendors regarding pension plan inquiries.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to pension plans.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to pension plan administration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pension Administration, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Retirement Plans, Including Defined Benefit And Defined Contribution Plans.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As Erisa And Irs Regulations.

  • Proficiency In Hr Systems And Software, With A Focus On Pension Administration Systems.
