Job Description

End-to-end accountability for identifying and implementing data-driven optimization and improvement to Citi’s It Service Management process and operations. Investigate, analyze, and recommend solutions to drive process improvements, quality improvements and cost improvements using Lean/Six Sigma principles. Delivery of tangible and measurable operational, quality, and cost efficiencies and reduction in toil, waste, and time-on-task. Work with process and operational execution owners to adopt or implement identified improvement opportunities. Incorporating existing and emerging audit, regulatory, and control needs into improvement roadmaps. Evaluate controls to help mitigate negative outcomes through prevention, detection and correction. Understand diverse stakeholder needs and share and influence stakeholder expectations.

Job Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience

  • Master's degree preferred

  • Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - MANDATORY

  • Experience in financial services or large complex and/or global environment preferred

  • Project Management certification (DESIRABLE, NOT REQUIRED)
