  1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  3. Educate customers on various banking products and services and make recommendations to meet their financial needs.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Follow all bank procedures and regulations to ensure the security of both customer and bank assets.
  6. Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Maintain a neat and organized work area, including the teller station and back office.
  8. Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies to supervisor.
  9. Keep up-to-date with changes in bank policies, procedures, and products in order to provide accurate information to clients.
  10. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service and streamline processes.
  12. Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements.
