- Develop and implement procedures for regular inspections and maintenance of airport properties.
- Oversee lease agreements and tenant relationships for airport properties.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with lease agreements and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments and agencies to ensure proper functioning of airport properties.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Airport Property Management Or Real Estate.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Pertaining To Airport Property Management.
Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills.
Ability To Analyze Property Data And Make Informed Decisions Regarding Leases, Contracts, And Property Development.
