  • Oversee a team of paralegals and provide guidance and support in their daily tasks
  • Utilize strong leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor paralegal staff
  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the legal department
  • Develop and implement training programs for paralegal staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to paralegal staff
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals to ensure all deadlines are met and cases are properly managed
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the legal department
  • Manage and monitor the department budget, including allocating resources and tracking expenses
  • Review and approve all paralegal work to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal procedures
  • Serve as a liaison between the legal department and other departments within the organization
  • Attend meetings and represent the legal department when necessary
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth
  • Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the paralegal team
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures within the legal department to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role Within A Legal Environment.
