They should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a minimum of two years of customer service and technical support experience. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong background in computer technology and customer service software, as well as an aptitude for learning new software quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service and technical support to customers.
- Actively listen to customers and assess their needs to provide the best solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and accurately.

- Perform basic system maintenance tasks and upgrades.
