
IT Systems Administrator
Under the direction of the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, oversees the administration of computer system access rights; the addition and deletion of system users; the creation of regular and ad hoc reports; system troubleshooting; quality assurance testing; regular and periodic data analysis; maintains electronic case management systems and document management software solution; and system security monitoring. Participates in regular and periodic systems administration planning, testing, and implementation meetings with Enterprise Technology and, if necessary, outside vendors. Maintains and updates system documentation and ensures communication, system protocols and procedures are executed properly and in a timely manner. Investigates best practices for expediting problem resolution. Works with Enterprise Technology on project management, security, disaster recovery and business continuity issues. Performs other duties as assigned.
3 years’ full-time IT systems administration work experience on a Windows platform
Thorough knowledge of diagnostic tools pertaining to analysis of departmental systems performance.
Ability to process additions and deletions to authorized systems user pool.
