The Contract Logistics Account Manager, Nights & Weekends role provides continued support of the accounts assigned by shift. Tracking and tracing the trucks in the morning and through the day. Track and Manage Home time requests in accordance to accounts expectations. Update Planning Worksheet with ETAs and PTAs and manage throughout the day. Update TMW trip folder as driver sends load macros. Knowledge in Driver Payroll. Build and/or Accept EDI loads into the system accurately to ensure system integrity. Confirm & Enter all load information needed to provide drivers successful execution. Follow established procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and quality. Participate in trainings and other developmental opportunities.
