Fleet Leasing Maintenance Support
Ensure customer compliance with reconditioning standards. Review internal maintenance invoices and determine and create customer reconditioning invoices. Create reconditioning and maintenance cost reports Handle customer service questions as they relate to customer reconditioning invoices. Act as a liaison between the Fleet Leasing Division and Fleet Maintenance department. Manage and perform as needed the GPS’s tracking processes for trucks and trailers in Fleet Leasing Division. Provide customer service functions as they relate to maintenance requests for Fleet Leasing customers with regard to warranty related events. Manage, process and report on insurance and PDW claims for assets in Fleet Leasing Division. Work cooperatively with all other divisions and departments within TEL and LVES as necessary.
Two years or more of experience in administration or fleet maintenance role preferred
