Safety Specialist

At Daktronics, we are looking for a Safety Specialist to join our team and help ensure the safety of our employees and workplace. Required qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related field• 2+ years of experience in safety management and/or industrial hygiene• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, codes, and standards• Experience with hazard assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysis• Ability to create, implement, and evaluate safety programs• Good organizational and communication skills• Computer proficiency in MS Office and safety software
