  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  2. Lead and manage the Associate Resource Groups by providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure their effectiveness and success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DE+I initiatives into company-wide programs and processes.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to educate employees on DE+I topics and promote a culture of inclusion.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on DE+I and provide guidance and support to leaders and employees.
  6. Monitor and analyze data on DE+I initiatives and use insights to drive future strategies and initiatives.
  7. Foster a safe and inclusive environment for employees to share their ideas and concerns related to DE+I.
  8. Partner with external organizations and resources to enhance the impact of the company's DE+I efforts.
  9. Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to ensure diversity and inclusion are integrated into recruitment, retention, and promotion processes.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and laws related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  11. Act as a role model for inclusive behaviors and champion DE+I initiatives throughout the organization.
  12. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates and recommendations on DE+I efforts.
  13. Lead and support company-wide diversity events and initiatives.
  14. Develop and manage budgets for DE+I initiatives and ensure efficient use of resources.
  15. Serve as a mentor and coach to employees from diverse backgrounds and support their professional development.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion (De+I) Strategies And Initiatives, Preferably Within A Large, Global Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Associate Resource Groups (Args) And Other De+I-Related Programs, Including Budget Management And Project Management Skills.

  • Strong Understanding Of De+I Best Practices And Trends, As Well As A Deep Knowledge Of The Challenges And Opportunities In Creating An Inclusive And Equitable Workplace.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Diverse Groups And Stakeholders Across All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Inspire And Motivate Team Members, Manage Change, And Drive Results In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
