
Sr. Director DE+I Associate Resource Groups

- Develop and implement strategies for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, specifically through the use of associate resource groups.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the associate resource groups, including setting goals, establishing budgets, and evaluating effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various departments and senior leadership to ensure alignment of DE+I initiatives with company values and business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to associate resource group leaders, ensuring their activities and events align with company goals and values.
- Develop and deliver DE+I training and educational programs for all employees, including leadership development and unconscious bias training.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends related to DE+I, and make recommendations for improvement and growth.
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure the success and impact of DE+I initiatives, and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
- Serve as an advocate and champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company, promoting a culture of belonging and respect for all employees.
- Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to ensure diverse and inclusive hiring practices are in place and to attract top talent from all backgrounds.
- Build and maintain relationships with external organizations and community groups to further promote DE+I initiatives and enhance the company's reputation as an inclusive employer.
- Develop and manage a budget for DE+I initiatives and ensure resources are used effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Communicate regularly and transparently with all employees about DE+I efforts and progress, and encourage feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Stay informed of any changes or updates in DE+I laws and regulations, and ensure the company remains compliant.
- Lead by example, modeling inclusive behaviors and serving as a role model for others to follow.
Extensive Experience In Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion (De+I) Initiatives: A Sr. Director De+I Associate Resource Groups Should Have A Deep Understanding And Experience In Developing And Implementing De+I Strategies, Programs, And Initiatives Within A Corporate Setting.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate With Proven Leadership And Management Skills To Effectively Oversee And Guide A Team Of Associate Resource Group Leaders And Members. This Includes The Ability To Set Direction, Delegate Tasks, And Foster A Positive And Inclusive Work Environment.
Demonstrated Success In Building And Managing Associate Resource Groups: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Creating And Managing Successful Associate Resource Groups That Drive Employee Engagement, Promote Diversity And Inclusion, And Support Business Objectives.
