Job Description

At Dave & Buster's, we are looking for a friendly and experienced Bartender who will bring fun and enthusiasm to our team! Our Bartender will interact closely with guests and ensure they have a great experience with us. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service.We are looking for a person who is passionate about the hospitality industry and has the knowledge, skills, and experience to make a great Bartender. The ideal candidate should have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They should also be able to accurately prepare and serve a variety of drinks and be knowledgeable about local and state laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol. In addition, the successful candidate should have the ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to guests.
  3. Ensure compliance with local and state laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  5. Build relationships with guests and create a fun and engaging atmosphere.
  6. Accurately take orders and process payments.
  7. Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or issues.
  8. Restock supplies and clean and sanitize bar area.
  9. Assist other staff members as needed.
  10. Work nights and weekends when required.
