- Develop and implement strategies to drive event sales and increase revenue for the company.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and event partners to ensure successful event execution.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential clients.
- Utilize strong sales techniques to actively pursue and close deals with potential clients.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.
- Conduct site visits and consultations with clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the event operations team to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of event sales, contracts, and payments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services and build brand awareness.
- Train and mentor junior event sales staff to improve their sales skills and overall performance.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle any issues or concerns that may arise during events.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze event sales data to identify areas for growth and make strategic recommendations.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Prior Experience In Event Sales Or Event Planning, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And High-Volume Environment.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Negotiate With Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Knowledge Of Event Industry Trends, Customer Needs, And Competitive Landscape.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends, To Accommodate Client Events And Meetings.
