
Event Sales Manager

- Drive event sales through proactive outreach and networking efforts to secure new business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and grow the events business.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify potential opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract new clients and promote events.
- Manage the entire event planning process, including coordinating with clients, vendors, and other departments to ensure a seamless and successful event.
- Create and maintain event budgets, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure all events meet the quality standards and expectations of the company and clients.
- Communicate event details and updates to all relevant parties, including team members, clients, and vendors.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between clients and the company to address any concerns or issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve event sales and execution.
- Train and mentor event staff to ensure a high level of service and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of event sales and activities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Vendors.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Revenue Goals.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Event Sales, Preferably In The Hospitality Or Entertainment Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Experience In Event Planning And Coordination, With Knowledge Of Event Logistics, Contracts, And Negotiations.
