- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase event bookings and revenue.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct tours of the event spaces and provide clients with detailed information about packages, pricing, and event options.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of the event, such as food, entertainment, and decorations, are executed flawlessly.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure a profitable and successful event for both parties.
- Manage event budgets and expenses, and provide regular reports to upper management.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all event bookings, contracts, and payments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to continuously improve and innovate event services.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process and on the day of the event, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Train and supervise event staff to ensure a smooth and professional event experience for clients and guests.
- Attend networking events and trade shows to promote the venue and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all event spaces are well-maintained and meet client expectations.
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during an event, and provide prompt and effective solutions.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Event Management, Hospitality Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Event Sales And Planning, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Achieving Revenue Goals.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Vendors, And Team Members.
Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Events And Tasks Simultaneously.
