Responsibilities: • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner • Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest's experience • Process guest orders and payments accurately and efficiently • Answer phone inquiries from guests and promptly resolve customer service issues • Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints in a professional and timely manner • Monitor and maintain lobby areas, ensuring they are clean and properly stocked • Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures • Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures • Assist with training and development of new staff members • Maintain knowledge of Dave & Buster’s promotions, events, and policies
