- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment.
- Provide information about Dave & Buster's offerings, including food, drinks, games, and events.
- Assist guests in making reservations, checking in for events, and purchasing game cards.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage guest waitlists and ensure timely seating.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient guest experience.
- Communicate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Monitor and maintain guest flow and ensure proper crowd control during peak hours.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards.
- Upsell and promote special events, promotions, and packages to guests.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.

- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and offerings.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Excellent Communication Skills: A Front Desk/Host At Dave & Buster's Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Interact With Guests, Answer Questions, And Provide Information About The Establishment.
Customer Service Experience: This Position Requires Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, As The Front Desk/Host Is Often The First Point Of Contact For Guests. The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service And Handle Guest Complaints And Concerns Is Crucial.
Multitasking Abilities: Dave & Buster's Is A Fast-Paced Environment, And The Front Desk/Host Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously, Such As Answering Phone Calls, Checking Guests In, And Managing Reservations.
Friendly And Outgoing Personality: As The First Impression For Many Guests, A Front Desk/Host Must Have A Welcoming And Friendly Demeanor. They Should Be Able To Make Guests Feel Comfortable And Ensure A Positive Experience At The Establishment.
