Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Games Technician to join the team at Dave & Buster's! The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in technical repairs and maintenance and will have a knack for customer service. The Senior Games Technician will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining all arcade games and redemption machines, as well as delivering exceptional guest service. A successful Senior Games Technician at Dave & Buster’s will be an outgoing and enthusiastic individual with an eye for detail and a professional attitude. Required qualifications include:* High school diploma or equivalent* At least 1 year of experience in technical repairs and maintenance* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. * Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose game and machine issues* Excellent customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities of a Senior Games Technician at Dave & Buster's:

  1. Inspect, repair, and maintain all arcade games and redemption machines.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose game and machine issues.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
  5. Follow safety protocols when handling machines.
  6. Maintain all records and documentation related to game maintenance.
  7. Assist with the installation and setup of new games.
  8. Work independently and as part of a team to ensure optimum efficiency.
  9. Understand and adhere to all relevant safety regulations.
  10. Lift and move game machines up to 75 lbs.
