Senior Games Technician

You will also provide technical guidance and advice to our guests and staff. We are looking for someone who is customer service oriented and an excellent communicator.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a games technician and a solid understanding of the electronics industry. You should be familiar with various game systems and have a working knowledge of multiple types of game consoles. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and repair all games and equipment in the store.
2. Provide technical guidance and support to customers and staff.
3. Train new technicians and provide troubleshooting help.
4. Test new games and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
5. Monitor the condition of the games and equipment and take appropriate measures to fix or replace them.
6. Monitor the performance of the games and suggest improvements.
7. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate measures to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Ensure all safety protocols are being followed.
9. Troubleshoot and diagnose any technical issues.
10. Communicate with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
