Job Description

Are you an experienced Support Technician with a passion for providing outstanding customer service? Dave & Buster's is looking for someone with the technical savvy and customer service skills to join our team as a Support Technician! In this role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting issues that arise in our gaming and entertainment systems. You'll also provide technical support for our staff and guests, ensuring a positive and safe experience for everyone.To be successful in this role, you'll need to have proven experience as a Support Technician in a customer service-oriented environment. You must be able to quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a genuine passion for customer service.If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot issues with gaming and entertainment systems in a timely manner.
  2. Provide technical support to staff and guests.
  3. Maintain a positive and safe environment for everyone.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers and other staff.
  5. Monitor and maintain system hardware and software.
  6. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided.
  8. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  9. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  10. Proactively identify and report any potential technical issues.
