  1. Develop and maintain CNC programs for machining aircraft components according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
  2. Operate and monitor CNC machinery to ensure accuracy and efficiency in production.
  3. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and implement improvements in CNC programming and processes.
  5. Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  6. Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and supplies for CNC operations.
  7. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  8. Keep detailed records of production processes, including program changes, machine settings, and production volumes.
  9. Train and mentor new or junior CNC Operators to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement in CNC operations.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC programming and machinery.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all applicable regulations.
  14. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience In Cnc Programming.
