  7. Continuously improve and optimize CNC programs to increase efficiency and reduce production time.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating CNC machines and handling materials.
  9. Train and mentor junior machinists on CNC programming and machining techniques.
  10. Maintain accurate documentation and records of production processes, materials used, and program changes.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of critical components for aircraft production.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC programming and machining to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work and address any production issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Cnc Programming And Machining Techniques, Including Proficiency In G-Code And Cad/Cam Software.

  • Strong Understanding Of Blueprints And Technical Drawings, With The Ability To Interpret And Translate Them Into Cnc Programs.

  • Familiarity With Various Types Of Cnc Machines And Equipment, Such As Lathes, Mills, And Grinders.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Debug Cnc Programs And Machines, As Well As Perform Routine Maintenance And Repairs.

  • Excellent Attention To Detail And Precision, With A Focus On Producing High-Quality And Accurate Parts To Meet Delta Air Lines' Standards And Specifications.
