Director, Experience Insight

Deliver strong, people-focused leadership directly to a team of three general managers and their respective teams, roughly 15-20 people total, and indirectly across Consumer Insight (CI). Drive integrated thinking within (CI) and across key partnerships at Delta to help extract the most valuable learnings and advance the overall consumer acquisition and customer experience approaches. Drive incremental revenue by improving the customer experience through deep insight and foresight. As a member of the CI leadership team, engage passionately in, and at times lead key CI decisions, including business strategy and people nurturing. Lead through demonstration of Delta’s core values as outlined in Rules of the Road, and demonstrate inspirational, engaged leadership both directly and indirectly. Develop both strategic and tactical plans that create a environment resulting in employee safety and wellbeing.
