HR Manager, Corporate Commercial

This role will support clients within Delta’s corporate functions (such as IT or Finance) and will report to the HR Director of Corporate and Commercial. Anticipating and meeting client needs. Executing through service delivery systems. Acting as an employee and company advocate who can make balanced decisions in complex circumstances. Developing relationships with individuals, employee groups and leaders of the business to communicate company policies/programs/procedures while providing leadership around organizational change, process consultation and organizational development. The Senior HR Manager role wields influence through demonstration of HR expertise and influencing clients based on company policy, focusing on positive employee relations and applicable laws. Develops both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being
