
IT Manager, OCC and Delta Connection
Collaborates with product team members (Scrum Master, Developers, Testers and Product Owners) to create secure, reliable, scalable software solutions. Works with vendors and partners for the successful implementation of critical software products. Drive research and testing for continuous improvement to the OCC/DC platform. Guides team members in strategy, alignment, analysis, and execution tasks within and across product teams. Engage portfolio team and product owners in agile development process including roadmap planning and iteration planning meetings. Ensure that appropriate development resources are in place to deliver all business functionality required for new and on-going capital and operating needs. Acts as a proponent of modern software development practices including Agile. Attracts, retains, and develops top talent to build a world class Software Product Teams.
3-5 years of experience in designing, developing, integrating and supporting software applications in an enterprise environment
Extensive experience managing teams using Agile methodology and tools
Knowledge of building, deploying, and scaling applications in AWS cloud platform is preferred
Experience working with stakeholders to implement large-scale solutions
Knowledge of the airline business and IT processes a plus
