IT Network Capacity Engineer

Responsible for providing the analysis and recommendations for the capacity & performance of a high-availability global WAN/LAN network infrastructure. Attend monthly circuit vendor meetings, and review vendor circuit utilization data against capacity-related incident data. Ad hoc packet capture requests and performance analysis of routers & switches suspected of experiencing issues. Capacity tool administration including device management, installations, maintenance releases, upgrades, security updates, and changes to telemetry systems with minimal impact to operations. Provide quarterly and ad hoc network capacity management reporting for the WAN/LAN environment. Create and maintain technical support documentation and diagrams of the respective enterprise network infrastructure. Drive the compliance and recommendation of network architecture standards, practices, processes, and products for the enterprise. Work on multiple technical projects, as assigned.
