Job Description

The Senior Liaison Engineer will work rotating shifts and oversee the development, design and production of repair, modification, process and inspection documentation in support of Delta's worldwide maintenance activities as a liaison engineer. Evaluate and interpret AD, FAR, and Delta policy requirements to ensure compliance in the engineering documentation. Aid in analyzing and correcting problems which hamper the maintenance support activities. Understand airline operations and pace while providing solutions for a safe aircraft operation. Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • A minimum 5 year of experience providing engineering support for line aircraft and live aircraft operations.

  • Ability to navigate and understand OEM standard wiring practice manuals.

  • Must be able to provide support during the scheduled work hours and be on-time.

  • Must be able to work rotating shifts including odd hours (midnights) and/or weekends (shift work) based on operational requirements.
