Job Description

Analyze Release Notes for 10 patches and 2 major upgrades annually to understand the impacts to the implemented functionality. Understand business user stories / requirements to provide the testing to cover defined acceptance criteria. Create and maintain manual test scripts for all ServiceNow platform functionality in QTest: mapping the tests to requirements, ensuring coverage meets or exceeds defined targets. Build and maintain automated tests for testing of platform functionality via ServiceNow ATF framework. Ensure all work adheres to the processes, policies and best practices for development and the platform for Delta and ServiceNow. Analyze test results and identify defects and work with Testing lead and Developers to remediate them. Report on test coverage and automation percentages on a weekly basis to leadership and progress towards defined targets.

Job Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform

  • Experience with building and maintaining ATF test within the ServiceNow Platform

  • Effectively and professionally communicate with management, internal staff and customers
