
Specialist - Global Sales Support, Joint Ventures and Alliances
The specialist will lead efforts to create operational solutions to provide harmonized support for B2B customers globally. Develop and implement GSS Alliance strategy with Delta’s NAM and TATL partners. Develop and lead cross-functional initiatives and new policies/programs to ensure competitiveness. Develop and lead JV and Alliance Sales Support projects to improve the customer experience. Develop and lead Alliance partner talent exchange programs. Identify service delivery seams and negotiate, influence and gain agreement to align service and policies in partnership with RM, Field Sales, In-Flight and ACS to ensure harmonization across partners and within Delta.
At least 4 years of professional experience
Knowledge of Global Sales Operations functions is a plus
Some domestic and international travel will be required
