Advanced Employee Relations Specialist
Under limited direction, supports the business or functional unit assigned with supporting various disciplines of human resources in the fields of recruiting, compensation, benefits, training and development and associate relations. Leads the focus on customer service and solutions related to human resources activities within area assigned. May lead the Team Member Solutions function with projects to support the standardization of programs, policies, processes and systems. Must be able to create project plans with KPI's and milestones.
Experience conducting associate investigations/concerns and applying discipline and coaching
Excellent knowledge and familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
5-8 years of relevant experience
