Job Description

As a Data Privacy Analyst, you will support Dexcom’s Personal Data Privacy Program to operationalize Dexcom’s privacy strategy and management framework. The Data Privacy Analyst must have an appreciation for international data protection laws and regulations to contribute to global projects as they arise, ensuring consistency and efficiency when rolling out global processes and policies. Assist with privacy incident investigations and development of correction action plans. Assist with monitoring and assessment of effectiveness of data privacy compliance program. Monitor enterprise compliance with privacy laws and regulations. Interact with internal privacy and data protection program managers, data custodians, and legal team as required. Monitor staff compliance with annual data privacy training requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience or a combination of education and experience in privacy law, corporate compliance

  • Privacy certification (CIPP/US, CIPP/EU, CIPT, or CIPM) or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and multitask in a fast-paced environment
