
Customer Support Specialist
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented to join our Customer Support team. The position is an inbound support center responsible for providing support for our products and service to patients, prescribers and pharmacists. Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries by building excellent rapport & confidence, identifying their needs, and taking strategic action in a timely manner. Provides information based on insurance plan; seen as a department resource that understands and can clearly communicate to customers. Provide excellent customer service through active listening on every interaction. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using desktop applications. Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding. Compassionately handle sensitive situations surrounding healthcare needs.
