Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join us at Diageo. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for problem-solving, as well as a passion for customer service excellence and strong technical skills.The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the effective coordination of inventory and logistics operations to ensure timely deliveries and product availability. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, and at least two years of experience in a similar role.We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and organization skills, who is able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory and logistics operations.
2. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues that arise in the supply chain process.
3. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products.
4. Manage and track inventory levels and shipments to ensure product availability.
5. Monitor customer service performance, and take action to resolve any customer complaints or issues.
6. Develop and implement systems to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
7. Monitor and analyze reports on logistics and supply chain performance.
8. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful operations.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
10. Provide support and guidance to junior logistics staff.
