  1. Conduct regular quality checks and inspections of all products to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.
  2. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to maintain consistency and accuracy in product quality.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, packaging, and supply chain, to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  4. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures to minimize potential quality issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and maintain the highest level of product quality and safety.
  7. Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and standards to promote a culture of quality excellence.
  8. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and ingredients used in our products.
  9. Communicate any quality-related concerns or issues to management and provide recommendations for improvement.
  10. Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and quality manuals.
  11. Participate in audits and inspections by regulatory agencies and provide necessary support and documentation.
  12. Continuously strive to improve and streamline quality processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Represent the company's commitment to excellence in quality at all times and uphold our brand reputation.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the quality team and across departments.
  15. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemistry, Food Science, Or Quality Assurance.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Food Safety And Quality, Such As Haccp, Gmp, And Iso.

  • Experience In Conducting Audits And Implementing Corrective Actions To Ensure Compliance With Quality Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
