Warehouse Team Member

1. Receive and accurately record incoming products and shipments into the warehouse inventory system.
2. Safely and efficiently store products in designated areas of the warehouse.
3. Pick and pack orders according to company standards and customer requests.
4. Use various equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and transport products within the warehouse.
5. Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored in compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, dusting, and removing debris.
7. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or low stock levels to management.
8. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
9. Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
10. Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and identify any potential issues.
11. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
13. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide suggestions to optimize warehouse processes.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to external parties.
15. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
